Last night, FBI agents executed a judge’s warrant to search Mar-A-Lago for any classified documents or White House records former President Trump may have improperly taken with him to Florida after leaving office. While the raid is certainly dramatic, it should come as no surprise to Trump given that he’s currently facing two concurrent DOJ investigations: one into his role in the January 6th Insurrection, and one of his mishandling of classified documents.
So how did the 147 respond?
Are The 147 worried that new evidence of their role in inciting the January 6th insurrection is going to come to light? Or are they just blindly loyal to Trump? Either way, this is a chilling omen that American justice will be in short supply if they are able to retake the House and bully the DOJ into submission.
