Hi John,
Our team of organizers and volunteers just met with Senator Jon Ossoff’s staff. Representing the Iranian-American community, we were able to discuss discriminatory bank account closures, the creation of a MENA category in the U.S. Census to include Iranian Americans, and about the importance of keeping the window open for diplomatic efforts to revive the Iran nuclear deal.
With so much at stake heading into the midterm elections, we are meeting with lawmakers across the country and would like to invite you to join our meetings and action alerts going forward. [[link removed]]
The only way to stay in the loop and receive all of the updates and invitations for the work we’re doing, including meeting with more Members of Congress, is to sign up for your local chapter’s listserv. Don’t miss out on the next opportunity to make your voice heard.
