Hi, it’s Marcus Flowers, Democratic Army Veteran running for Congress against Marjorie Taylor Greene. 

This weekend, my opponent claimed that White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre “can’t understand the baby formula shortage because she’s married to a woman” and doesn’t have children.

Let’s clear a few things up: First, Karine Jean-Pierre has a daughter. Second, Jean-Pierre’s sexual orientation is none of Marjorie Taylor Greene’s business. 

We’ve fallen so far as a country that politicians can spout this kind of hatred and bigotry without consequences. 

That’s why I’m running to unseat her -- because it’s time she was held accountable.
