In case you missed it, Justice Thomas, in his majority opinion for the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen decision, stated, “The Second Amendment is not a second-class right." 

This statement boldly declared that gun owners are not second-class citizens. Your right to defend your family and your livelihood must NOT be infringed! But bold statements like this only happen when patriots can push important cases forward for the Supreme Court’s review. We need your help to keep doing that. Here at ISRA LAC, we are always vetting cases that target gun ownership because courts all around the country are relegating Second Amendment supporters to second-class citizens by ruling away their right to defend themselves and their families. Another important case that led to the Bruen victory, McDonald v. Chicago, was brought forward by ISRA LAC and Second Amendment Foundation.
