Al Gross for U.S. Senate
John --

On this day in 2015, the United States and the world joined together in writing the Paris Climate Agreement.

Back in Alaska, it was an unseasonably warm December. Our fish and animals were fighting to survive amidst the destruction of their habitats. We were still mourning the loss of Okjökull, our first glacier lost to climate change just the year before.

Fast forward to today: Our temperatures are still rising -- the other day set a new record. Our wildlife is still at risk. Our glaciers are still melting. Our fish -- especially Pacific cod -- are disappearing and forcing fisheries to close and Alaskans to lose their jobs.

Yet, Dan Sullivan still insists that humans are not to blame.

Alaska is on the front lines of the climate crisis, and we need a senator who will fight to keep our state healthy and alive. Sign our petition right now and demand that Dan Sullivan take action against climate change. When Donald Trump withdrew the United States from the agreement -- and Mitch McConnell sat idly by, refusing to hold a vote in the Senate when the House passed a bill keeping the U.S. in the agreement -- Dan Sullivan didn't do anything.

Dan is willing to let our state wither away just to stay in good standing with Mitch.

Science has spoken, and it's about time Dan starts listening.

Add your name today and show Dan Sullivan that science speaks louder than Mitch McConnell.

Thank you,

Dr. Al Gross
