John – It’s election day in Vermont, and BNC’s Becca Balint is on the ballot.

Becca is set to make history as the first openly gay woman elected to Congress from Vermont. Her bold, progressive campaign has racked up endorsements from dozens of prominent members of Congress, including the senator from her home state, Bernie Sanders, along with Senators Elizabeth Warren, Ed Markey, and bold progressives in the House like Barbara Lee.
As Senate President in the Vermont Legislature, Becca has led the fight for scores of progressive policy victories – including paid family leave, raising the minimum wage, bold climate action, and the most progressive reproductive freedom legislation in the country.
