Dear friends and allies,

ILCM is looking for volunteers! The current open opportunities areas are:

Development: The Development Intern supports the development functions of the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. As a nonprofit provider of legal services, development and fundraising efforts are crucial to the effective running of the organization. The position is an exciting opportunity to learn to "tell the story" of ILCM, a task which requires creativity, innovation, and organization. Development skills learned during an internship with ILCM will be applicable to a broad range of future work in nonprofit and philanthropy fields.

Communications: The Communications Volunteer plays a key role in increasing the visibility of ILCM and awareness and engagement of supporters. The primary focus of the position is the research of reliable immigration news articles, stories, events, and op-eds and the integration of these pieces into the everyday communications routine of the organization

Visit our website at [link removed] www.ilcm.org underhttps://www.ilcm.org/get-involved/volunteer/ internships and volunteering for more details. To apply please forward a cover letter and resume to [email protected]. For question please contact our office at (651) 641-1011.

ILCM is grateful to the volunteers and interns who share their time and talents with our organization. These volunteers enable ILCM to expand our services in ways that would not otherwise be possible for a small nonprofit legal office.

Sincerely,

Griselda Gurrola-Martinez
Volunteer Coordinator
