I get it -- right now, when you think of the words "freeze" or "frozen," very specific images come to mind:

Our opponents -- all six of them, including the #1 sponsor of right-wing ballot initiatives Tim Eyman -- can keep on fundraising. With the help of the Republican Governors Association, who is sitting on more than a hundred million dollars, they'll seize this opportunity to rake in cash while we are hard at work in the Capitol getting things done.
