Hi, John, it's Trudy. I'm about to sign off for the evening, but I wanted to give you an update on where we're at just one week after our primary election.

The last seven days have been a whirlwind of events, phone calls, meetings, and strategy sessions. Our team here is hard at work, taking this campaign to the next level and kicking our grassroots operation into high gear.

There's a lot that we'll iron out in the days ahead, but one thing is abundantly clear: We need serious grassroots funding ASAP to make sure we have all our bases covered through November. And unfortunately, we are still just $329 short of tonight's fundraising goal.

After building such incredible momentum from our primary election, we cannot afford to falter tonight. So please, can you pitch in whatever you can spare before 11:59 p.m. tonight to help us stay on target to flip Missouri blue and bring compassion back to Washington?
