Friend,

We just released our official event schedule for AU’s first-ever National Advocacy Summit this coming March 22-24, 2020. I wanted to make sure you had a chance to take a look at it!

View the Summit Schedule

Our summit will help you learn about and advocate for separation of church and state at a whole new level. On our final day together, you’ll be able to put your new skills to work on Capitol Hill, advocating to lawmakers in person.

Please click here to check out our schedule of speakers and workshops.

I can’t wait for you to experience these unique sessions, featuring leaders of the religious freedom movement from organizations like the NAACP, Muslim Advocates, the National Center for Transgender Equality, and more.

In workshops like “The Remaking of the Courts (and Why You Should Care!)”, our panel will look in-depth at how the changing courts could result in a government that permits religion to dictate public policy and authorizes discrimination.

In “Old Battles, New Frontiers: Racism & Religious Freedom,” you'll hear from a broad array of voices about how working for religious freedom puts us on the front lines of addressing racism, and delve into the history of how these two issues are so connected in our nation’s past and present.

Please click here to learn more and reserve your spot at our National Advocacy Summit!

Our hotel room block can help you secure an affordable rate right in the heart of Washington, D.C. Click here for hotel booking information.

Thanks for reading, and I hope to see you in March.

Forward Together,

Sarah Gillooly
VP of State Outreach and Engagement
