As Chair of the Courts Subcommittee, Hank is working overtime to hold the Supreme Court accountable and championing reforms to stop the court from attacking Americans’ rights. The Supreme Court is its own worst enemy, as its ultraconservative political rulings have set off a crisis of credibility. The court’s legitimacy is at stake.
 
 
While we need to abolish the filibuster and codify reproductive rights, there are steps we can take right now to stop this activist right-wing court from continuing to impose its ultraconservative ideology on the nation.
 
We’re trying to gauge which reforms are most important to supporters like you, so we’re asking you to take our 30-second survey (and to share any additional ideas you have on how Congress can reform the Supreme Court).
