You read the subject line correctly – Mandela Barnes wants to raise taxes and spike inflation. 

Last week, the Democrats’ new favorite radical announced his support of the “Inflation Reduction Act,” a deceptively named bill that actually results in more inflation and allows the Democrats to push forth more far-left social policy. 

Let’s take a look at what Barnes is supporting: 

• Raising taxes by more than $300 billion - increasing the tax rate for nearly all taxpayers
• Saddling manufacturers with half of all new taxes
• Increasing inflation in the short run and not even reducing it in the long run

John, this is why we can’t let the Democrats win. With more radical liberals like Barnes in office, we may never see an end to the crippling inflation we are dealing with today.
