Friend,
This past year Republicans have made strides in restoring common sense law and order in the Commonwealth. We at the Republican Party of Virginia want to highlight the fantastic work our Delegates and Senators in the General Assembly were able to accomplish this past session.
Today, we are highlighting Delegate Glenn Davis of Virginia Beach. Last November, parents across the Commonwealth proved that they wanted to have a say in their child’s education. Republicans have long understood that parental rights do not stop at the schoolhouse doors.
Delegate Davis heard the pleas from parents to roll back the racist admissions process at Thomas Jefferson High School in Fairfax that disproportionately rejected Asian students from the process. He took the torch and led the Education Committee to pass HB 127 to address this issue.
Read more about HB 127 here, and give Delegate Davis a shoutout on social media!
It is clear that Republicans are leading the way to make Virginia the best place to live, work, and raise a family. Be on the lookout for more GOP Wins from this last session as we continue to thank our great elected officials for the hard work that they are doing!
