Do you remember Attorney General Bill Barr?

* The man who attacked mail-in voting prior to the 2020 election.
* The man who knew Trump’s claims of voter fraud were fake but did nothing about it.
* The man who authorized the use of force on peaceful protesters, enabling Trump to have a photo-op.

Yeah, that’s him.

Barr and other high-ranking conservative officials are launching what they refer to as an “election integrity” organization. But we’ll let you in on a little secret: when they say “election integrity,” what they may as well say is voter suppression.

We know AG Barr and his cronies are not interested in protecting democracy: they’re interested in undermining it. We didn’t have countering an organization like this in our plans -- but we need to account for it now. Donate to AOTL so we can be prepared to respond! [[link removed]]

But we have to give Barr some credit. He himself said that this organization is not a “foil to Democratic lawyers like Marc Elias.” And he’s completely right: what they do cannot be compared to our work and the work of our partner organizations.
