John –
Last week Hank voted to pass the CHIPS and Science Act to bolster US semiconductor manufacturing and create more opportunities for high-tech jobs in America. Included in the bill was Hank’s Cybersecurity Opportunity Act, ensuring that grant funds will go to HBCUs and tribal entities to diversify and strengthen our cybersecurity workforce.
More jobs. Improved national security. Increased opportunity for all. Seems like a no-brainer, right?
But guess who voted against the bill?
Let’s look at Marcus Flowers’ position on this issue – he wants to modernize and revitalize Georgia’s manufacturing jobs. His opponent? She just voted against a bill that could bring more manufacturing jobs to our state.
