We’re so proud to be your campaign co-chairs for Warren for President, and to be in this fight alongside Elizabeth.
Elizabeth’s story speaks to each of us — as mothers, as fighters, and as change-makers. We didn’t run for Congress to keep things the way they are, or to nibble around the edges.
We ran for the House because we wanted to know: What is our government doing to help seniors, and single moms, and young people chasing a brighter future? When will our lawmakers stop listening to big corporations and their lobbyists — and start listening to the people they represent?
Elizabeth asks those same questions, and she shares in the same fight.
In 2018, Democrats made change happen. We flipped the House and sent leaders to Washington to fight for working people. And none of us would be there today without the support of grassroots donors.
Each of us knows firsthand what it takes to build a grassroots movement, and to own a piece of the change we’re fighting for.
We didn’t have personal fortunes to bankroll our campaigns. Instead of chasing special interests, we built our campaigns around our communities. We spoke with a lot of neighbors who didn’t see a better future ahead for their kids, even as our economy works better and better for those at the top.
We know that Elizabeth is the right candidate for this fight, because we’ve seen her story and her plans resonate in our districts, and across the country. But it takes real resources to get her message out there.
With the first caucuses and primaries just around the corner, we need to make sure this campaign is doing everything we can to grow our grassroots movement — from hiring more organizers, to opening more offices, to hosting more town halls.
