With three months until Election Day, there’s still so much this community can accomplish to help elect pro-democracy candidates at all levels of the ballot. We can help protect Democrats’ congressional majorities and build power in the states, but we must get more voters to the polls.

In this Action Update, we've highlighted new target districts, high-impact voter contact opportunities, and—if you or someone you know is new to organizing or needs a refresher—volunteer orientations and training sessions to learn how to effectively communicate with voters.

Six new congressional targets

Primaries are over in the majority of our target states, and as more nominees have been chosen we’ve added six new congressional races to our midterms target races: CA-09, IN-01, MD-06, NY-17, RI-02, and TX-34! Winning in these districts is key to protecting the U.S. House majority, and you can support the most competitive candidates by donating to the Swing Left House Fund today.

Join a letter writing event for the launch of Vote Forward’s The Big Send on Campus on Tuesday, August 16 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT! Print your letters, grab your envelopes and blue pen, and get ready to write to voters! Know a young organizer? Share the link so they can join!
