This past week, Justice Samuel Alito was caught laughing and mocking the foreign leaders who criticized the U.S. Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade. His comment that Boris Johnson “paid the price” for disagreeing with the Dobbs decision was met with laughter and applause.

We’ve been saying this for a long time: Republicans are intent on stripping women of their right to choose, and they’re doing it joyfully. This is why we’re turning to you – we need support from Democrats who are eager to protect women’s rights and hold the ground against these assaults.

Alito isn’t alone – GOP Senators like Ted Cruz proudly touted the overturning of Roe v. Wade as “nothing short of a massive victory.”

Even Virginia’s own Glenn Youngkin has promised to sign “ANY” bill restricting a Virginian’s right to an abortion. The only thing standing between folks like Glenn Youngkin and a radical ban on abortion are Virginia Democrats.
