88 investigations

According to the latest Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) report, which covers 2020 transactions, there were 187 notices of transactions filed with CFIUS in 2020, out of which CFIUS investigated 88. Of these 88 transactions, CFIUS recommended only one be rejected.
