Recently, the US Senate passed the PACT Act, which provides our veterans who were exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances access to the health care they need and earned. When I am in Congress, my door will always be open to our veterans - to hear their concerns and to advocate for their needs. Ensuring veterans, like my brother, receive the support they deserve is what drives my priorities for them including:

Responsive constituent services to help veterans navigate the Veterans Administration and its complicated process.
Increase funding for job training programs, including for apprenticeships, so that Rhode Island businesses can benefit from their expertise.
Strengthen mental health services and programs so they receive the complete care they need.

I have seen the sacrifices that our service members and their families make to protect us. I will do all I can to honor their service and be a voice for them in Washington.
