Now that Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's initiative to bus migrants to places
like NYC and Washington, D.C. has brought a fraction of the southern
border crisis to the doorsteps liberal politicians, he has invited D.C.
Mayor Muriel Bowser and NYC Mayor Eric Adams to travel south and take a
look at the actual crisis themselves. Gov. Abbott: "As governor, I
invite you to visit our border region to see firsthand the dire
situation that only grows more urgent with each passing day..."

Days after Gov. Abbott's invitation to visit the southern border, NYC
Mayor Eric Adams has chosen to reject the opportunity to witness the
devastating migrant crisis first hand - despite decrying the influx of
migrants into his city following Gov. Abbott's bussing initiative.
While Gov. Adams continues to complain about the crisis without taking
any actual steps to help alleviate it, Gov. Abbott has been committed to
finding solutions in the absence of any outside help.
