Hi Taxpayer. I know it’s getting late, and I apologize for the late-ish note. But I have to make one last-ditch effort if it means saving 20 puppies from wasteful, excruciating deaths.

White coats at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) have been killing innocent dogs in painful heart failure experiments since the 60s, yet they haven’t produced a single new treatment or medical advancement.

And it’s keeping me up late tonight because they might be extending one of these experiments (#02002) for several more years, which means they’d get away with torturing and killing 20 more puppies.

So please, Taxpayer, if you have even just a few dollars to spare, will you pitch in to fund our emergency efforts to end this experiment for good before another puppy is harmed?
