I wasn't planning on writing an email today, but I have a little bit of time in between campaign stops and thought I'd give you an update on how things are looking on the ground.

At 8:00am I hit the road for Binghamton. The first stop of the day was door knocking in Vestal, and let me tell you, the enthusiasm was palpable.

Next, I went to Spiedie Fest in Binghamton. As I walked around, I was amazed by how many voters proactively came up to me and said they had seen my ad and were now inspired to vote in the primary. They were looking for a pro-choice, pro-gun reform, pro-working families voice, and they know they have one with me.

My final stop in Broome County was The Union Diner in Endicott. I got the chance to sit down for a cup of coffee and have a discussion with voters about the issues directly impacting our families and communities.

It has been a long day, but it is nowhere near over. After I finish writing this email, I'm going to the Ulster County Fair. Our rural communities have too often been forgotten by the Democratic Party, and I want to fix that.
Traversing the district, meeting voters, and talking about the issues is why I am in this race. I want to keep doing this every day until the election.
The problem is that elections are expensive, and we need to get our message out to as many voters as possible. Will you pitch in today so I can keep making my case directly to the voters of NY-19? [[link removed]]
