Marjorie Taylor Greene
Rips Biden For Killing Al-Qaeda Leader al-Zawahiri
Hi, it’s Marcus Flowers, Democratic Army Veteran running for
Congress against Marjorie Taylor Greene.
I was thrilled this
week when I learned that President Biden had orchestrated an attack to
kill Ayman al-Zawahiri, the mastermind behind the 9/11
attacks.
I assumed that my opponent, Marjorie Taylor Greene,
would put aside her partisan blinders and join in celebrating the
killing of one of America’s most hated enemies, the leader of Al
Qaeda.
Boy, I was wrong.
Instead, she took to Twitter to lash out at Biden for attempting
to “act tough on TV” and said that “most Americans” were either
unaware or had “forgotten” about Al-Qaeda and 9/11. And she suggested
that Biden should focus on issues like inflation and gas prices
instead.
I want to be very clear: I haven’t
forgotten what happened on 9/11. I spent a decade in Afghanistan
fighting against the Taliban and others who orchestrated the
attack.
And I’ll be
damned if Marjorie Taylor Greene thinks bringing him to justice is a
“waste of time.”
She
must be held accountable. That’s why I’m running against her in 2022.
With less than 100 days left, can you donate $20 or more right now to
help ensure she is defeated this November?

Most Americans were celebrating
this week when they learned that Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri,
the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks, was killed by a U.S. drone
strike.
Not Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Nope, she took to Twitter to lash
out at Joe Biden for attempting to “act tough on TV” and said that
“most Americans” were either unaware or had “forgotten” about Al-Qaeda
and 9/11.
She suggested that Biden should
focus on issues like inflation and gas prices instead.
This sentiment is shameful and deeply insulting to the
families of those killed on 9/11. So we need to hold her accountable
by booting her from Congress this November.

We need to restore seriousness and
decency to the U.S. Congress -- thanks for helping us do
that.
