Biden’s Department of Education issued a regulatory rule <[link removed]> to change the definition “sex”. Under Title IX, instead of “sex” being defined by biology, it will now be redefined to inculde “sexual orientation”, “gender identity”, and “sex stereotypes''. This hollow and fluid redefinition will endanger our sons and daughters.

With the definition change, it will open the door for men to intrude into women's spaces and activities like locker rooms, sports teams, and even dorm rooms. This rule change would:



- Deprive women of privacy and safety
- Destroy women’s sports by allowing men to compete in them
- Harm childhood development by redivining sex and gender
- Negatively impact the educational and career opportunities of women



Every rule change requires a period of time during which the public can write comments about the proposed change. The government MUST respond to each of these comments.
Grassroots activists have submitted over 5,000 comments. This is great!

But we need to keep pushing! There is 1 month left before the comment period closes and it is imperative that as many comments as possible are submitted. Can you help us surpass 10,000 comments? <[link removed]>

If there is enough of an outcry, it is possible to compel the government to reverse their rule change. Twice before the Biden administration has withdrawn rules because of public backlash. Let’s go for a third!
