Good news, John: not only is voting by mail is secure, legal, popular— it's here to stay. In a 5-2 decision released Tuesday, Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices rejected the GOP argument that the legislature did not have the power under the state constitution to allow Pennsylvanians to vote by mail without an excuse.
This decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is a major win for Pennsylvania’s electorate. Confirming that making the ballot more accessible by expanding the ways in which every day citizens can vote is worthy of celebration. Our independent judiciary matters and the PA Supreme Court should be thanked for ruling in favor of We the People. #CourtsMatter
