To be clear, I sent out my own poll a few weeks ago, but this is a separate one. So if you voted in my previous poll, please vote in this GOP poll as well! We need strong online, grassroots action!

There is an invasion happening at our southern border.
🚫 Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens unlawfully enter our country every month
🚫 Truckloads of illegals are being found dead from heat exhaustion
🚫 Women and children are being trafficked across the border by coyotes and cartels
🚫 Law enforcement has even identified terrorists trying to sneak in through our open border
And the Biden administration refuses to do anything to stop it! Representative Chip Roy (TX-21) thinks it’s time for Texas to stand up and for Governor Greg Abbott to declare an invasion.Do you agree? Take our poll!
One of our elected officials leading the charge is Congressman Chip Roy (TX-21), who is calling on Texas leaders to take decisive action where the federal government has failed to act. Rep. Roy is right: “We need to declare an invasion and put an end to the madness and carnage we are seeing at the border.” There’s not a moment to waste!

Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 provides states with an appropriate “self-defense” remedy to situations like this and stipulates that, “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit delay.”
We can’t wait any longer as our border communities are ravaged by the effects of unfettered illegal aliens crossing our border. The Biden administration has abandoned Texas. It’s time for our Republican leaders in the Lone Star State to take charge. Protecting Texas must always be our top priority.
