First: Our opponent’s anti-abortion ballot measure, which would have allowed state legislators to BAN abortions statewide even in cases of rape or incest, FAILED with Kansas voters! This is a major VICTORY for Kansans in protecting our existing rights, and I am so proud of all those who played a part in defeating this dangerous and extreme ballot measure.
Then: We launched our first TV ad of the election, highlighting the work I’ve done to lower prices, bring manufacturing jobs back home, and strengthen our supply chains. I can’t wait for voters to see our ad and hear about the work that I’m doing for you and your family.
Now: This is a major moment for our campaign. We have less than 100 days until Election Day and yesterday, a top political pundit labeled our race a true TOSS-UP. This is an important reminder that we can’t take our foot off the gas from now until November.
