Electing strong Democratic legislators to serve with me in Raleigh is my priority through Election Day in November — and I’m proud to share two candidates who deserve your support. I hope you’ll take a few minutes to learn about them below!
If you already know how important it is that we elect Democratic candidates up and down the ballot in November’s midterm elections, you can go ahead and split a donation between our team and their campaigns here.
John, to protect access to reproductive health care, defend voting rights, and expand Medicaid, I’ll need strong Democratic advocates working with me in Raleigh, and we’ll need to prevent the GOP from gaining legislative supermajorities that could push through a radical agenda.
In the last few months before Election Day, we HAVE to mobilize resources, support, and votes to elect NC Democrats. That means I’m pouring all my energy into protecting Democratic legislative seats and flipping GOP-held districts wherever possible — because I know that I can’t deliver for North Carolina alone!
Your support for the candidates I’ve introduced you to so far has already made a difference. However, we need to do more. Earlier this week, Kansas voters PROVED that when we unite around our priorities, we can make our voices heard. I believe we can do the same in North Carolina in November! But it’ll take all of us — so once again I need to ask you to split a contribution between these campaigns and our team to help two Democrats win their critical legislative elections:
Marcia Morgan is a retired Army Colonel and a former educator who cares deeply about giving North Carolina children the best possible start in life. She knows the value and honor of public service, so she came out of retirement to step up as our Democratic nominee for State Senate District 7. Marcia has the leadership experience we need in Raleigh, and she has what it takes to win this competitive district if we all rally around her candidacy.
Terence Everitt has served State House District 35 since 2019. As a father, husband, and small business owner of his own law firm, he’s deeply enmeshed in the Wake Forest community. Terence’s wife, Jennifer, grew up in North Carolina, and they decided to move here together because they knew North Carolina would be a great place to raise their two kids. Terence is committed to making sure all NC children have access to the best possible education, that teachers have our support, and that small businesses have the resources to grow. He’ll continue to work tirelessly for the Wake Forest community in Raleigh!
Our ability to create progress on the issues that matter most comes down to electing Democratic legislators we can count on. I know that Marcia and Terence will be strong advocates for making North Carolina a stronger state for all of us.
Can you show these dedicated Democratic candidates some support ahead of their critical midterm elections? I’m asking personally for you to split a contribution between their campaigns and our team today >>>
