In just over 3 months, New Hampshire will vote. And while Granite Staters will check a box next to a single name, this campaign is not just about me. 

Campaigns are about teamwork, and I am lucky to have an amazing team on my side. Today, I’m reaching out to tell you a little bit about two members of that team that you’ll hear from a little bit later today. 

Jodi Picoult and James Carville come from starkly different backgrounds—one is an author while the other is a political strategist—but I’m lucky to have support from both of them in this competitive race. 

Jodi Picoult, a bestselling author, New Hampshire resident, and good friend, is reaching out to folks because she—like many Americans—is terrified and outraged about Mitch McConnell’s threats to ban abortion nationwide if he becomes the Senate Majority Leader.
