John: Last month, the ultraconservative majority on the Supreme Court issued a series of extreme rulings that have dangerously turned the clock back on abortion rights, gun violence reform, our efforts to stop climate change, and so much more.

These rulings alone will have horrible consequences for Americans all across the country. But this is only the beginning. In his concurring opinion, Justice Clarence Thomas has opened the doors to overturn more cases, such as those that expanded LGBTQ rights and others that protect our right to contraceptives.

And our democracy could be their next target: This far-right court is already set to rule on a case that could give partisan legislators total control over elections in their state! 

With these MAGA extremists running things on the Supreme Court, every step that we have taken forward and every civil liberty that we've fought so hard for is at risk.
