the Office of the Attorney General;
Ensure that all units of local government
and the Secretary of State administer elections in accordance
with the law;
Thoroughly investigate all credible
allegations of voter fraud and election crime;
Provide training and support to local law
enforcement to help them investigate voter fraud and election
crime;
Ensure aggressive prosecution of voter
fraud and election crime.
