Hi Friend,

This weekend, the most extreme Republicans from across the country will attend the annual CPAC Convention in Dallas to beat their chests about the out-of-touch policies they’re shoving down the throats of Americans.

The values espoused by the speakers at CPAC -- from voicing QAnon support to flirting with white supremacy to peddling dangerous lies about the 2020 election -- are not values shared by the vast majority of Texans.

Republicans will claim this year’s CPAC is here in Texas because it’s a bastion of conservative values. But we all know that’s a lie. These washed-up nobodies are in Dallas this weekend because they’re terrified of our growing Texas Democratic movement. Our voters are smart, and they see the Republican fear-mongering for what it truly is: a distraction from the issues that matter.

So while Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick, and Ken Paxton are playing patty cake with white supremacists, we’ll be registering new voters, executing our vote by mail program, and coordinating with races big and small to make sure that these clowns get the boot in November.

We’re less than 100 days away from Election Day. Less than 100 days to show these far-right grifters that they have no place in our state. So I’m asking: can I count on you to pledge $7 right now to end the extremist conservative scourge on our state once and for all?

Friend, I hope the overwhelming support for abortion access that came from Kansas this week will force our Republican “leadership” to realize their days in power are numbered. If they don’t understand that now, they’ll learn in November.
