August 4, 2022 - Docket No. 10015-86-CT-22 (Record No. 17077) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission's (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of High West Energy, Inc. (High West or the Cooperative), for authority to revise its grid access charges for services greater than 37.5 kVa and to change the hours associated with on peak delivery and production charges for the time of day irrigation tariff.
