We are excited to announce that Echoes & Reflections — ADL Education’s Holocaust Education program in partnership with USC Shoah Foundation and Yad Vashem — has just released

five short digital student activities , as part of “Explore the Past, Shape the Future,” a new initiative intended to increase student knowledge about core topics in Holocaust history and antisemitism.
These five activities—at the ready for classroom use—offer foundational learning on the Holocaust and how it affects our world today. They include:
- What is the Holocaust?
- What was Jewish life like before the Holocaust?
- What is antisemitism?
- Why didn't antisemitism end after the Holocaust?
- Using Media Literacy Skills to Examine the Holocaust

The activities offer students accessible, self-paced independent learning opportunities and digital interactions, including testimonials, personal narratives and access to primary sources to create an engaging way to learn about the lessons of history that are relevant today.
