Dear Friend --

When we founded Stand with Parkland, we knew the work would be difficult. But we are not afraid of doing the hard, necessary work of making our schools safer.

Both Republicans and Democrats are equally affected by this problem. It is an American tragedy. Fixing the problems requires bipartisan support. We will work with policymakers at all levels of government and in both political parties to develop and enact into law policies that address all of the many facets that lead to violence in our schools.

We understand this is a complex problem. We will bring the experts that are working on various aspects together in order to find solutions. Addressing the problem in a real and impactful way demands a holistic approach that addresses all facets of school safety.
