Urgent Update via CNN: “Kansas will not be our last fight”: Abortion rights victory gives Democrats new hope for midterms
John, on Tuesday, the people of Kansas overwhelmingly voted to uphold constitutional abortion protections in their state in the first electoral test of abortion rights since the fall of Roe. Despite this victory and the majority of Americans support of reproductive freedom, the GOP is still attacking abortion access across the country.
John, Kansas is proof that without the protection of the Supreme Court, Dem govs are the ONLY thing protecting the voice of the people and our rights. In states across the country, SCOTUS has left abortion access in the hands of the states and we need to show GOP governors where we stand! John, please add your name to condemn SCOTUS for overturning Roe v. Wade and robbing millions of critical health care:

John – this is HUGE.
Earlier this week, Kansas voters OVERWHELMINGLY rejected a ballot measure that would have allowed lawmakers to ban abortion in their state.
This was the first big test of Americans’ opinions on abortion access since Roe v. Wade was overturned and the response couldn’t be more clear: abortion access should remain legal.
But even though 8 in 10 Americans believe abortion should remain legal, Republican governors are still attacking abortion access across the country. And now, abortion is already banned or severely restricted in 15 STATES and many more are likely to ban it.
It’s clear that without the protection of the Supreme Court, we need Dem govs to protect our rights.
John, we’re counting on reliable supporters like you to show SCOTUS that the majority of Americans believe abortion should remain a right. Please, add your name to condemn SCOTUS for overturning Roe v. Wade and robbing millions of critical health care:
