This week, Kansas voters made the right choice and voted to save abortion rights in their state.
They proved what we already knew: the right to choose should be a decision made ONLY between a person and their doctor. And as a physician, I know how important it is for patients to have unwavering access to the right to choose.
I've fought my whole career to ensure patients have access to the health & reproductive care they need. But now the far-right is trying to unseat me so they can get the GOP House majority they need to pass a nationwide abortion ban!
So I need your help to keep fighting for abortion access in Congress. Can you rush $5 or more to my campaign? →
As a doctor, I took an oath to do no harm. Caring for patients is what I’m called to do.
But Republicans are waging an unprecedented war on abortion rights. They want to CRIMINALIZE a standard, safe medical procedure.
We must do everything in our power to stop them and protect the right to choose.
I know I’ve stressed how unique my seat is in Congress as one of the few Physicians.
But it’s why I’ll never stop fighting for abortion rights -- and why National Republicans will always have a target on my back.
I stand ready to defend women’s right to choose and to ensure everyone can have a say in decisions that impact their bodies, lives, health, and futures.
We have one of the thinnest Democratic Majorities in years. If we don’t fight today to protect it -- we will lose Roe v. Wade.
