The Supreme Court Has become an oppressive force, imposing medieval religious views on all of us. Fortunately, Congress has options. The House just passed the Respect for Marriage Act, which would enshrine marriage equality into federal law. Now it's up to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to bring this bill in for a vote, and call upon a Senate majority to pass it into law.

These fights are all interconnected, but they all rely upon our elected officials doing their jobs. We are sick and tired of being sick and tired. We didn’t elect a democratic majority so they could roll over and play dead.
