WE JUST PUT ISSUES LIKE FRACKING, HEALTHCARE, AND CORRUPTION ON THE BALLOT!

Thanks to volunteers across the state, our full 2022 Green Party slate of candidates qualified to be on the ballot this November! We filed on Monday over 500 pages of petitions with thousands of signatures from voters like you to qualify for the ballot. But Democrats in the past have filed lawsuits to try to keep Greens off the ballot; will they try again this year?

Join us in telling Democrats: Let Voters Decide, Not Lawyers! Contribute $5 or more so we're ready for any legal fights, or read on to learn more about how to volunteer for the campaigns this summer/fall!

In past years, Democrats have filed lawsuits to challenge our signatures and look for loopholes to try to keep us off the ballot. In 2020, a Democratic lawsuit succeeded in keeping Green presidential nominee Howie Hawkins and Angela Walker off the ballot on a technicality. The Columbia Law Undergraduate Review said the decision by a partisan Democratic court "set a dangerous, anti-democratic precedent.". However, Greens were successful keeping our statewide slate off the ballot, as the Green Party statewide slate has been on the ballot in 2020 and 2018.

We're calling on Democrats to not waste their voters' donations and taxpayer money this year -- stop attacking our ballot access, and democracy itself, in court! Instead, let's debate the issues and let the voters decide, not lawyers.

Let's talk about fracking, and how fracking harms our communities, our state, our planet. Let's talk about a Green New Deal and how it can transition us away from fracking while creating good jobs and addressing climate change.

Let's talk about healthcare, and how we still do not have a real guaranteed healthcare system despite being almost three years into a global pandemic.

Let's talk about how abortion rights are on the line, yet Democrat-affiliated groups chose to spend millions of dollars elevating anti-abortion candidates. Abortion rights are healthcare rights, and must be guaranteed by a single payer healthcare system!

Let's talk about mass incarceration and why cannabis use is still sending people to jail. We need to decriminalize cannabis and de-carcerate.

Let's talk about creating a more democratic system with ranked choice voting and proportional representation to stop gerrymandering and make sure elected officials better represent -- and are accountable to -- their communities.
