Friend,

There appears to have been a court-imposed delay for a hearing in CGF's latest "Assault Weapons" case.

The expected hearing date in Miller v. Becerra has apparently been delayed and moved to January 2020.

What's more, the hearing is now likely to be a double-header Motion For Preliminary Injunction and Motion to Dismiss.

Overturn the CA "Assault Weapons" Ban

What that means is Judge Benitez will have to decide first whether to throw out the case, and then if CGF should be granted an injunction against the ban.

The hearing delay may actually be advantageous, as it will give our attorneys additional time to prepare their arguments.

However, we need to use that time to give ourselves the best chance of winning. And that means we need YOU!

Overturn the CA "Assault Weapons" Ban

This legal challenge could literally decide the fate of the "Assault Weapons" ban in California. And we need every available resource to defeat it.

Therefore, we MUST ask you to support this landmark Second Amendment lawsuit with a contribution.

Please chip in $25, $50, $100 or whatever you can. If you do, you will have played a major part in a 2A case that could be talked about for years.
