NEW YORK TIMES: In 4 Swing States, Election Deniers Could Oversee Voting

It’s official. After Tuesday’s primaries, Jan 6 rioter Mark Finchem is the Republican nominee for Secretary of State in Arizona. He joins Michigan Big Lie promoter Kristina Karamo as yet another right-wing extremist on the ballot for Secretary of State in November.

The Arizona Mirror warns, "Mark Finchem was much closer to the Jan. 6 insurrection than he claimed," while The Atlantic calls Karamo, "The Election Denier Who Could Run Michigan’s Elections." Neither has wasted any time getting to work sewing doubt about the integrity of our elections.

The New York Times reports that these nominees "present a growing risk to traditions of nonpartisan elections administration and orderly transfers of power" as "Republicans who disputed the 2020 election could win control over how elections work."

We cannot risk having these candidates running elections in the United States. Can you chip in to support Democratic candidates for Secretary of State in Arizona and Michigan to ensure the fairness and integrity of our elections?

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
