The senseless gun violence across our country has taken the lives of far too many, and it's clear that now is the time to act.

Chris was proud to join a bipartisan majority last week to pass the Assault Weapons Ban Act of 2022 because getting dangerous, military-style weapons off our streets is common sense.

Reinstating this ban would halt the sale, import, manufacture, or transfer of certain semi-automatic weapons. This will save lives and significantly promote public safety.

Chris rejects the notion that we are powerless in the fight to pass common sense gun safety legislation.
