President Biden's administration misled you.
They said they wouldn't raise taxes on low and middle income class families, but the massive tax and spend bill that my colleagues across the aisle are pushing through Congress does just that.
The reckless "Build Back Broke" bill would increase taxes on millions of low and middle class individuals according to the nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation.
Who in their right mind would think it’s a good idea to raise taxes during a recession and raging inflation? President Biden's administration, apparently.
And, they’re doing so to pay for their climate-crazy wishlist known as the Green New Deal.
As your voice in the United States Senate, I will continue working to oppose this disastrous bill.
