Legislative naming is one of the great lies in Washington D.C. So is the notion that Congressmen actually legislate. Mostly, they pass things along to bureaucrats to figure out and to implement. This is why the "Keeping Girls in School Act" is a lie on its face, and a travesty that could pass millions along to abortion and gender extremists.
