Our organization began with the simple mission of educating young people and activists about Israel's ongoing policy of apartheid in Palestine and arming them with the knowledge to demand change from US politicians. 

As an organization, it’s time for us to continue educating people with the aim of demanding change from US politicians who are failing us the most. 

In our last email, we detailed how members of the House Progressive Caucus failed to sign onto calls for an FBI investigation into the Israeli killing of American journalist Shireen Abu-Akleh. You’ll also remember last October when Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez voted “present” on a bill that gave Israel $1 billion for its Iron Dome missile defense system. 

We need to center our fight on the political reality in front of us- and the fact is that a large swath of Democrats in the House ‘Progressive’ Caucus is actively complicit in funding the right-wing Israeli government.

It’s time we focus on calling out these contradictions, which is why we are changing the name of our organization from End the New Apartheid to End Progressive Apartheid. 

Our new name is strengthening our mission to get accountability from those who are hurting the movement the most. 

It's simple: you cannot be Progressive and take money from, support, or fund, the right-wing ethnostate of Israel. 

It’s time that we demand accountability from those who pretend they are on our side, gaining the benefits of being pro-Palestine in language while being pro-Israel in contributions and housefloor votes. 

We can't afford to have leaders who speak one way and vote in another. It's time for us to demand accountability from the House Progressive Caucus.Can we count on you to pitch in whatever you can to help us turn up the heat on 'progressive' apartheid collaborators in Congress?
