Earlier this week, the Senate passed “​​a long-sought bipartisan legislation to expand health care benefits for millions of veterans exposed to toxic burn pits during their military service.”
Shockingly, 11 Republicans voted against this life-saving bill.
And do you know who was among those voting no? You guessed it: Texas’ very own Senator Ted Cruz.

Jon Stewart didn't hold back in criticizing Cruz's action, and we won't either: Ted Cruz must resign.
He’s prioritizing political ambition and agendas over his own constituents' health, safety, and lives — veterans who risked everything to defend our country. Ted Cruz is no patriot and doesn’t deserve to be in the Senate.
