We’re sending a strong message to Senate Republicans that they have to join Democrats in supporting codifying marriage equality into law.
Here’s the thing:
Republicans in the Senate are claiming they might hold it up because Democrats appear poised to pass a climate bill — and they don’t want to let us have both.
It’s time for Senate Republicans to start caring about their constituents, not just scoring petty political points.
