The article mentions “worrisome poll numbers that show rival Leora Levy with a late surge” after “Levy has been critical of Klarides’s support for gun control and access to abortion.” 

Drawing attention to the hypocrisy of the argument, the article highlights Levy’s opponent’s ties to Eversource saying, “It’s a risky argument for Klarides supporters.
