John, Our military is facing a crisis. Across the board, new soldier recruitment is down. The Army is one-third short of the new recruits it needs to maintain military readiness at optimal levels. While we face the growing threats from China and Russia, the Biden-run Pentagon is more worried about their Woke agenda as well as making sure abortions and gender re-assignment surgeries can still happen on military bases. Oh, Pentagon officials will give a litany of reasons why. But each and every one of them miss what I think is a HUGE reason – The Military’s gone Woke! No wonder China isn’t scared to attack us. Biden is turning our military into a Woke Joke! And despite the soldier shortage, the Army has forced out over 60,000 soldiers who refused the COVID shot mandate.
The Left is doing all it can to turn the best-trained military in the world into a bunch of social justice warriors. In fact, they’re spending taxpayer money targeting young adults with Army recruitment videos that celebrate a soldier who had two moms and was raised as a social justice warrior. I’m Lt. Gen. Jack Bergman U.S.M.C. (ret.), a 40-year Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the highest-ranking combat Veteran serving in Congress. My oath to defend our nation didn’t end when I hung up my uniform and I will continue to stand up to Joe Biden’s overreach that is transforming America into an unrecognizable nation. When I was commanding our brave young men and women in uniform, I could have cared less if my soldiers had two moms, two dads, or two non-binary, granola-eating, pronoun-spouting “birth-givers.” I only cared about two things from those serving under me – do they know how to fight and will they put their life on the line to defend our country? We send our troops into harm’s way to keep this nation free, knowing their pronouns won’t give me any confidence in their ability to succeed, but know that we taught them how to engage the enemy and aim straight will. That’s why we need to stop Biden’s attempts to make our military more woke than anyone wearing fake handcuffs at an AOC protest outside government buildings, or our enemies will waltz right past these Woke warriors because they’ll have nothing to fear. It’s time to get our military back into the business of protecting this great country and it starts by prioritizing training based on military readiness, not social experiments. Don’t delay! Our freedoms are guaranteed by the Constitution and protected by our soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines from enemies foreign and domestic, but only if we train them properly. I’m ready to stand up to Biden and make it happen, but I need your help today! God Bless
